I started the keto diet 2 weeks ago the first week I lost 14 Lbs. but this week have lost nothing I am having trouble with vegetables I love leafy greens but I am not supposed to have them because I am on blood thinners, I don’t much care for tomatoes and cucumbers and I am not sure what other vegetables I can have, and I’m not sure if I am getting enough fiber.
